UET All Pakistan Parliamentary Debating Championship 2023 is a British Parliamentary debating tournament consisting of 4 rounds of 7-minute speeches with breaks to Open Semi-finals and Novice/Under-19 Finals.

Open, Institutional, Cross Teams are allowed, but institutional teams will be preferred depending upon the team cap.
